I notice that a few people have been having video problems, and I have to say that I have been too. I only use FireFox though, and I believe that this might be the problem? It seems that the site works okay in other browsers, it's just an update that FireFox issued this week which causes the problem.
As others have suggested, I think I'll try reinstalling Flash and see what happens, that's usually the problem with things like this. But let me know if you find a solution to it too and I'll share it on here with everyone. Of course I'll update you guys if I find a fix other than using Internet Explorer (eurgh!)
