Boyzhookup is the trading name of Sun Network Limited. Boyzhookup provides an
online introduction and dating service (the "Service") through the Boyzhookup.com
website.
The Terms and Conditions of Membership sets out the terms under which the
Service is provided to you. By registering with Boyzhookup.com ("Boyzhookup")
you become a member of the Service (a "Member").

This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party.
We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason; however, we have a strict cancellation policy. If you would like us to cancel your membership and suspend any further charges, please request a membership cancellation in writing at least 10 days before your membership expires and send it to the following address:

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests made via email, instant
messaging or over the telephone. In order for us to process the cancellation on
the system, you need to provide the email address you registered with and the
date on which you wish us to cancel your membership; without the correct email
address we will be unable to cancel your membership.
Boyzhookup may terminate your Membership at any time by serving 1 day's notice
of termination on you, or immediately if you have breached these terms and
conditions.
Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service immediately
ceases and you acknowledge and agree that Boyzhookup may immediately delete the
files in your account, bar any further access to such files or the Service.
Upon termination of this Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees
paid to Boyzhookup.
Boyzhookup shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of
your Membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Please clearly state the screen name used on your profile. An email of
confirmation will be sent to you once the cancellation has been actioned.
