Boyztube Terms Of Service By using and/or visiting the Boyztube website (collectively, including all Content and User Submissions available through this website, the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms of service, including the Boyztube Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein, and any future amendments (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitute a legal agreement between Boyztube ("Boyztube") and you. By clicking the agree button below, you agree to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these terms, then do not use this site. Boyztube may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.

Description of Service. Boyztube is a website that makes available to its viewers content generated by third-parties. The website is a resource for people who want to share and who are looking for, among other things, visual depictions of adult content, including sexually explicit images.

Visitors to the website can also "rate" the content they view on a scale of 1 through 5. (Collectively, "Boyztube's Services.") Among other things, Boyztube provides a platform for uploading, sharing, and viewing various types of content. Boyztube shall determine in its sole discretion what action, if any, shall be taken in the event of any discovered or reported violation of the above-mentioned terms. If you decide to register with Boyztube, you will receive a password and Boyztube ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. Boyztube reserves the right to hold you fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and ID. Further, you agree to (a) immediately notify Boyztube of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Boyztube cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement. Further, you agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member.

Content. With the exception of all User Submissions, the content on the Website, including without limitation, any text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Boyztube, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions. Members who request membership cancellation

Billing and Payment

Sun Networks will use the credit card information you provide to bill you for Premium Membership. By registering for the Premium Memberships or Paid Features and providing your credit card details, you agree to be billed by us in advance.

Automatic Renewal

Paid Memberships are subscriptions. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature.

By subscribing to the Paid Membership, you authorize Sun Networks to bill the credit card you provided now and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period.
