The Psycho Surgeon fell backwards knocking himself out. The unmasked and superpowerless Falcon now struggled to free himself of his wrist bonds. He flexed his powerful biceps hard as the bonds began to creak under the strain. Eventually the straps snapped wide apart. Falcon flexed in victory, even with just his mortal strength, no bonds could hold him for long. The hero unbuckled the remaining strap from his wrist and threw it to the ground. Just as he did, the Psycho Surgeon groaned in semi unconsciousness. He quickly looked around to arm himself, and saw the discarded hypodermic still intact on the floor.
