Why is it that even though the summer is over I find myself even more busy socially than when the sun was shining every day? I've had people calling me up more in the last couple of weeks ready to go out for a drink than I had all summer long!
I'm not complaining though, I could do with going out and socializing more often. Even though sitting outside and enjoying a beer in the sun is great, sitting in a garden for an evening with an open fire going and a few friends enjoying a bottle of wine and all wrapped up in blankets, well that's pretty cool too.
That's what I've done this weekend, visiting some friends and enjoying some great company. I guess that means I'm getting older and more mature? Forget the partying and music so loud you can't hear yourself think, give me a blanket, some wine and some good friends and I'm happy! lol
I'll be buying slippers and a pipe soon I think. ;)
Anyway, that's my weekend. Now it's time to check out what's new around these parts and seeing what you guys have been up to!
