(If you run your spatula through the middle, it should leave a clear trail for a couple of seconds). 4. Let it cool: Pour the hot mixture onto a greased plate or into a bowl. Let it cool completely at room temperature, or speed it up by chilling it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 5. Shape into balls: Grease your hands with a little bit of butter. Scoop out small portions (about a tablespoon) and roll them between your palms into neat little balls. 6. Add the coating: Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles until completely covered. Place them into small paper candy cups and enjoy!
