London, United Kingdom (2004 – present) The Hours are a band formed in 2004 in London by Antony Genn and Martin Slattery. Antony Genn had previously played with the bands Elastica and Pulp, and also worked as a producer, including producing sessions for the electronic act UNKLE. Martin Slattery is an established pianist and keyboard player, who had previously toured with Shaun Ryder’s group Black Grape. Both Antony and Martin also have worked with Joe Strummer as a part the group The Mescaleros.

Originally a minimal post-punk synthesiser-based group from Sheffield, UK, they became one of the most successful new wave acts of the 80s. The only consistent band member is vocalist and songwriter Phil Oakey. The band’s best known configuration was their 1980-1985 lineup of Phillip Oakey (vocals), Joanne Catherall (vocals), Susanne Sulley (vocals), Phillip Adrian Wright (keyboards), Jo Callis (guitar, keyboards) and Ian Burden (bass).

PROFF’s earlier releases include “My Personal Summer” which was featured on CD1 of Anjunabeats Vol.6 and “Aguilas” which has been played lately in numerous Above & Beyond dj sets and podcasts. He collaborated with his fellow countryman, Mango, to release the track “5th in Blue”, which had two separate remixes from both artists. His recent releases from Anjunadeep include “Deep Orange” and “Glittering Puzzle”, which were both included in the Anjunadeep:01 compilation.

Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr. (born October 20, 1972 in Long Beach, California), better known by his stage name Snoop Dogg, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, producer and actor. Snoop is best known as a famous MC in the West Coast hip hop scene, and for being one of producer Dr. Dre’s most notable protégés. He made his rap debut in 1992 on Dre’s debut album The Chronic, and then released his debut album, Doggystyle, to much critical and public acclaim. His mother nicknamed him “Snoopy” as a child, and he took the stage name Snoop Doggy Dogg when he began recording.
